When you submit a form on this site or our enrollment funnel, we collect the information you type in: your full name, email address, phone number, the program or service you are interested in, and any message you choose to write.

We also automatically collect basic technical and campaign information: your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and any campaign parameters (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) attached to the link you arrived from.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, medical records, or payment card details through this website.

To respond to your request and have an enrollment advisor contact you about CDL training.

To send you information about programs, class start dates, scheduling, and the documents you need to enroll.

To improve our website and measure which advertising campaigns bring in students.

To meet our record-keeping obligations as a driver training provider.

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Moov Driving Academy at the phone number you provided. These messages include enrollment follow-up, class schedules, appointment reminders, and information about our training programs.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrolling in any program or purchasing anything from us. You can submit the form without checking the box and an advisor will still contact you by phone or email.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance.

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate — our customer relationship management platform, our website and form hosting, and our email and messaging providers. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid government request, or to protect the rights and safety of our students and staff.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising and to show ads to people likely to be interested in CDL training. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit.

You can control ad personalization through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can block cookies through your browser settings.

We keep inquiry and student records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Our programs and this website are intended for adults old enough to pursue a commercial driver's license. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
